Covers that were designed as comps for contract and guidebook proposal comps, but were ultimately unpublished. Each base received a variety of up to four covers per issue; these were ultimately not chosen. All covers here are ©2004-2013 MARCOA Publishing, Inc.

This cover was used as the focus for a proposal package to help win and procure a contract with Fort Drum.
This cover was used to in a proposal package to help win and procure a contract with Fort Meade. It was also used as the template for the Fort Huachuca guidebook cover the next year.
